Meteor World Actor: Final Chapter
The Seventh Republic, a nation forsaken by the sun. Bereft of sunlight after a great war, it is plagued by heinous criminals and unseen shadows. Standing against evil to protect the people is the police force—the Public Security Bureau. The protagonist, Luca Hizuru, belongs to the troublesome Section 13 (commonly known as "Sumi-kado"). On days without major cases, Luca secretly investigates the "Cult Incident" from the past. One day, a new member joins Section 13, shedding light on the investigation. A suspicious rumor circulates within the police organization—the mysterious "Shining Alliance." Amidst swirling emotions, what awaits Luca, Section 13, and the entire police force…?

Character Introduction
Luca Hizuru – An ice-manipulating holder. Since losing his superior in the Cult Incident, he has been neglectful of his detective work for nearly a decade. Partnered with rookie detective Clarice, he secretly acts on information obtained from Class-A criminal Linda.
Fuyumi – A female officer from Section 1 who values rules and is hostile toward Luca. When her relative becomes involved in a case, she participates in a near-rule-breaking investigation for the first time.
Clarice – A rookie elf detective belonging to Section 13, Luca's partner. She is somewhat absent-minded but has grown accustomed to investigations and can use wind magic to assist.
